Detailed design involved several elements: the creek diversion, associated plugs, batter chutes, landforms, levees, dragline crossing and dump designs for unused waste material from the diversion. Additional tasks included development of a diversion revegetation plan, diversion monitoring plan and a bill of quantities for construction.
